We hope you feel completely at home. All Best and Great rooms enjoy beautiful front-facing views across the valley. If you'd like to explore an upgrade, just let us know, we're always happy to look into the options and prices for you.
All indoor areas are strictly non-smoking and non-vaping in line with UK law. A £500 specialist deep-cleaning charge will be applied to your bill if this policy is violated.
Check-Out
Check-out is 11:00am. A later check-out can sometimes be arranged. If you'd like to explore the option of a late check-out, just let us know, we're always happy to look into the options and prices for you. Additional charges may apply for unauthorised late check-out.
Lighting
The Malvern Hills are a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and we keep outdoor lighting low to protect the night skies - so the grounds can grow genuinely dark after dusk. If you'd like a torch to find your way, reception will happily lend you one.
Pets
Pets are welcome in our ground-floor rooms at The Coach House, by prior arrangement. And, with the Malvern Hills right on the doorstep, they'll love exploring the grounds as much as you will. Pets are not able to join us in the Main House, but you're very welcome to settle in with them on our covered, heated terrace and out in the grounds.

The Bramley toiletries in your room, provided for your comfort throughout your stay are refillable. It's one of the many small ways we work to reduce our environmental footprint, so we cut down on single-use packaging. We kindly ask that you enjoy them here and leave them in the room to be cleaned and refilled for the next guest.
