Arrive to a festive cocktail and settle in. Then, as New Year's Eve falls, the mood lifts: a seven-course New Year's Eve dinner at its heart, party hosts setting the stage, a magician to spark the laughter, and a DJ leading the countdown to midnight and a glass of Champagne. Thoughtful touches and well-timed surprises make it joyful and elegant at once — 2027, welcomed in style.
The next day, recover gently: a leisurely breakfast, and a three-course dinner in The Brasserie on your second evening, so you leave the hills refreshed for the year ahead.
Arrive on the 30th or 31st of December for two nights, departing the 1st or 2nd of January. Additional nights can be booked.

From the moment of our arrival on the 31st — met by the friendly, helpful Joanne on the front desk — to our departure on the 2nd, we couldn't fault the service or the accommodation. A most fantastic New Year break.
