What an experience!

We went for Sunday lunch and a marvellous lunch it was. Before you go into the hotel it looks lovely and has the most amazing views from up high in the Malvern Hills. Once inside the staff are friendly, very efficient and very attentive. The scene is already set for a lovely lunch by the time you arrive at your table.

A quiet cozy hotel that has a wonderful view.

The personnel here are super accommodating, extremely helpful and nice.

The food was exceptional and the staff couldn't do enough for us.

It was a beautiful sunny clear day and we sat at a window table and views were stunning. Definitely go back. I was expecting small portions but we struggled to finish it, but I had tubs so brought some home.

We stayed for my partner’s birthday and it was fabulous!

Fantastic service and lovely surroundings! The room was lovely and the bed was really comfortable. Fantastic views from the room and I can imagine it is especially beautiful in the summer to sit on the terrace outside the bedroom we stayed in.

I've just come back from spending a whole week end here.

t was a late birthday present from my friends. What a lovely suprise, such a quirky and quant haven. The staff were so helpful, the food was wonderful, so relaxing, warm and cosy little gem. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you everyone, all the best for 2026.

We went for a meal at the Brasserie whilst on holiday in Worcester.

It was a lovely experience and the setting is beautiful with amazing views from the restaurant. The food was brilliant, classy and the portion sizes were just right. The two lovely ladies who served us were amazing and were always smiling, definitely a credit to the place. Would definitely come again if we visit Worcester in the future.

The most amazing stay for my wife's birthday

The location is superb with great access to the Malvern Hills, the accommodation is comfortable clean, welcoming and for us most importantly relaxing. We actually arrived on the opening night of a new restaurant opening and enjoyed a superbly cooked and presented tasting menu. A real treat. Breakfast on both mornings was also superb. The thing that makes this place so special though is the staff. From booking through to check out everybody was so helpful and friendly.

A Wedding Anniversary Sunday Lunch....

Not been for some time, location as attractive as I recalled and the beef was to die for. A set £39 for three courses thoroughly good value for such quality, all served very efficiently in a very relaxed and welcoming restaurant.
