Exceeded Our Expectations
We stayed for 2 nights in November and could not fault anything. From arrival, all staff were polite and eager to help, especially appreciated with our huge amount of luggage we were taking to a relative. The view from our lovely room was spectacular, we slept well in very comfy beds. Food at breakfast and in the evening was delicious. We would love to stay again.

A very accommodating venue and the perfect place for a birthday celebration.
I booked the Cottage in the Wood restaurant for a surprise meal for my husband's 60th birthday on Sat 7th Dec. The evening was a huge success with 23 of us having a 3 course meal and 7 couples staying over. Joanna dealt with all of the arrangements, collating our food choices and dealing with my many questions and requests. She was brilliant, even making the effort to keep up the pretence when we first arrived so my husband really did get the surprise of his life when he saw everyone.

From the moment we stepped foot through the door we made really welcome, every one of the staff members we encountered were wonderful. The hotel is warm, a nice atmosphere in the bar area, very clean generally a really nice place to be. The rooms are nice enough, bed very comfortable. We had a meal in the restaurant which was simply amazing, the lady who served us was so good, so welcoming, thank you Alex you are lovely.

A Superb Experience
From the moment we entered the Hotel until we left, we couldn’t fault anything. An absolutely fabulous treat for a special occasion. The staff were attentive, pleasant and so very professional. The food..well, it was on another level. The attention to detail was so precise and flavours just devine. We enjoyed every course , and would highly recommend. We can’t wait to return. Another very enjoyable stay
The restaurant dinner was excellent, and they took great care to accommodate our food intolerances. Breakfast also copious. All the staff we dealt with were friendly, professional and helpful.

Country hotel nestled in the hills around Malvern
Beautiful hotel nestled in the Malvern Hills. Stunning vistas and a prime location for visiting the area and beyond. Comfy rooms, lovely toiletries and very peaceful and quiet. Dining is a true experience. Make sure you book ahead if staying for the time you want to eat, as this is a destination restaurant. Had dinner there two nights in a row as it was so delicious.

Excellent lunch
We had the three course lunch. Every single morsel was delicious and beautifully presented . The new chef is obviously talented as the cookery was imaginative. Great service from Michael who was attentive but not overly pushy. The views are beautiful from the dining room. Well worth the drive.

Epic Views. Great service
Always wanted to see where this hotel was and last Sunday we found it by chance. So we sampled a gin & tonic and some wasabi beans and sat outside taking in the view. Very nice bar man. Friendly & polite. Reception was busy. Lots of guests just chilling. Menu looks lovely. Need to visit again to eat.

Really lovely
This was booked last minute as a quick overnight stay. It surpassed all my expectations and I’d happily spend longer here. It’s in a lovely setting, with a great restaurant and lovely staff. Breakfast was delicious. We chose the most basic room, but it was great. Not too small, clean, and very comfortable. I’m sure we will be back!

Dined for lunch with friends
It was exceptionally good....I believe it is a new chef....Great food and flavours...beautifully presented...complete with 3 amuse boucle. For a beautiful lunch...with a magnificent view...book here!!
