Our seven-course tasting menu is a gastronomic journey through Worcestershire, using locally sourced ingredients meticulously prepared by our award-winning chefs. Including meat, fish and plant-based dishes, the tasting menu is constantly changing to make the most of the seasonal ingredients of local suppliers. With seven unique courses utilising the local larder, dishes can include delicacies such as Chalk Stream trout pastrami with dill, beetroot and buttermilk, lamb rump and sweetbreads with ewes curd and salsa verde, followed by almond cake served with blood orange curd and meringue – all served with sweeping views of the Severn Valley.

Our tasting menu is served daily, in the evening as an option to our a la carte menu for those who want to taste a little of everything!
