From Chalk Stream trout pastrami with dill, beetroot and buttermilk, to lamb rump and sweetbread with ewes curd and salsa verde, every dish is meticulously prepared with the local area in mind.

The Cottage in the Wood tasting menu is served in 1919 Restaurant and on the covered Terrace from 6pm, so your dining experience will be accompanied by the glorious sweeping views of the natural landscapes that inspired our menu.
