Conferences

24 hour delegate rate: £155.00 (superior or executive room) Includes lunch, dinner (full à la carte), full English breakfast, morning coffee, afternoon tea, use of room, service and VAT. Day rate: £50.00 Includes lunch, morning coffee, afternoon tea, use of room, service and VAT.

Pets We charge £9 per pet per night, with a maximum limit of two well behaved pets. These are welcome in the downstairs rooms The Pinnacles. (No elephants please!). Any damage or excessive mess will be charged for. Please see our Pet Policy

Extras For your little ones (up to the age of 12yrs) we can provide a slip bed at the cost for £25 per night bed & breakfast, cots are charged at £12.00 per night

Check in/out We ask our guests to vacate their rooms by 11.00 a.m. and we prepare them for 3.30 p.m. arrivals.

Payment By cheque (with bank card), cash, of course! Maestro and, where necessary, Access, Visa or Amex cards in that order of preference!

Tips and VAT All our prices are inclusive; there are no further additions, nor are they expected.

Cancellation Charges We regret having to enforce cancellation charges but the situation where we hold bookings in good faith, then suffer non-arrivals, is no longer sustainable.

Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. Please telephone any cancellations and then confirm by e-mail, fax or letter or quoting the name of the receptionist accepting the cancellation.

General. All bookings made within a cancellation period are deemed to be non-cancellable, i.e. the stated cancellation charge will apply.  Every effort will be made to re-let the room(s).  Where successful no charge will be made

1. Room and Breakfast Bookings of one to three nights cancelled after 12.00 noon on day prior to arrival or a non-arrival , will be charged the full room tariff for the first night and 50% for subsequent nights. Bookings of four nights or more cancelled within one week of arrival will incur the same rate of charge.
2. Inclusive Term Bookings and Special Offers etc. (i.e. breaks, packages and all other special offers) cancelled at any time within one week of the booked arrival will be charged in full.
3. Meetings, Group and All Showground Bookings. Bookings cancelled in whole or in part within one month of the booked date will be subject to a charge equivalent to the full room or delegate rate for each person, each night. A group booking is 4 rooms or more.

 

Insurance We advise you cover your booking with a travel insurance policy. If in doubt we can help - please ask.

Price Changes and Value Added Tax N.B. All charges and details set out in this tariff are subject to alteration without notice. All prices quoted include VAT @ 20%.

 

Non Smoking Hotel As a non-smoking hotel, if any guest smokes in a bedroom, a charge of £50 will be made to clean the carpet & fabrics of the room..
