New Year Celebrations at the Cottage in the Wood

Join us at 'The Cottage' for a two night break to see in the New Year. The focal point will be the New Years Eve Party night during which there will be a four course dinner to enjoy before dancing to 'SPUDZ'  through to 'Big Ben'. Of course, there'll be champagne to toast in 2011.

New Years Eve Party Night

Sian and the team will serve a leisurely four course dinner whilst you enjoy your bulging party bag loaded with poppers, squeakers, rocket balloons and other silly things to get the party going.

'Spudz' will get into their stride around 9 o'clock for you to dance through to midnight.Big Ben will signal the magical time and we'll all raise a glass of champagne to toast in the New Year.

News Years Day

No rush for breakfast.....we'll start to serve it from 9 o'clock and go through until 11.  Just relax!

What about the second night?

Whichever night you choose, you'll have a full choice of three course from our a la carte dinner menu and in the morning a full English breakfast to set you up for the day.

What's included?  New Years Eve party night with a glass of champagne to toast in midnight.  One normal dinner - any choice from our three course a la carte menu, two full English breakfasts, your en suite bedroom, direct dial telephone, colour tele/dvd/video and free video library, central heating, tea making facilities, radio, hair dryer, shampoo, bubble bath, service and the Chancellor's 17.5%!

Dress

We are often asked about dress for New Year's Eve.  Although I abhor rules and such stiffness, the consensus amongst our guests in previous years is the option of DJ's or lounge suits.

Stay longer on special rates!

Add a night or two and take advantage of our rock bottom, inclusive DBB winter rates.

Deposit

A non-returnable deposit or £75 per room is payable on reservation with the balance to be paid before 15th November 2010.  If payment is not received we reserve the right to attempt to re-let the room.

Cancellation

If a room is cancelled for whatever reason neither the deposit nor, after the 15th November 2010, none of the monies will be refunded.  Cancellation insurance is recommended to prevent you from being personally liable.

Pets

Well behaved pets are welcome downstairs in The Pinnacles by arrangement

Payment

Cash, cheques or Maestro preferred but Visa, Mastercard or Amex if necessary.  We reserve the right to alter or cancel the programme (this covers us against any possible c--k up!)
