SOUS CHEF REQUIRED
We need a strong team player with drive and ambition to progress in their career and to strengthen our team.
We use fresh ingredients which are sourced locally, wherever possible and
have a 60-cover a la carte restaurant.
You will be working in a busy kitchen alongside our head chef and to work
together to keep our standards high and our food innovative.
You will be required to oversee the brigade of chefs in the head chef’s absence. We expect technical skill to a 2AA Rosette standard and an eye for detail. You will also be involved in menu planning.
A qualification of NVQ level 3(Food preparation and Cooking) would be expected.

Housekeeping staff required
Experience is not essential as full training will be given. Duties will include cleaning in the public areas and bedrooms.
