The Cottage in the Wood makes a beautiful venue for small meetings. We can accommodate fourteen delegates in peace, privacy and complete security in the boardroom and its adjoining syndicate room.
Our conference packages require a minimum of four delegates, and include:

Cancellation Policy
Residential Conference and Group Bookings
(i.e. 4 rooms or more):
Bookings cancelled in whole or in part within one month of the booked date will be subject to a charge equivalent to the full delegate rate for each person, each night. Every effort will be made to re-let the rooms. Where successful, no charge will be made.
Day Bookings
Two full weeks' full notice is required otherwise a cancellation charge equivalent to the full day delegate rate multiplied by the number of delegates booked will be made.
